My name is Chris Rood. I am a 37 year old Entrepreneur, Real Estate Investor, and Coach. I’ve been with my wife for 20 years and we have 5 beautiful kids together. We own over 11 million dollars of Real Estate that includes Mobile home parks, Small apartment buildings, commercial buildings, High end short term beach vacation rentals, and we do land development. We also have a nation wide Wholesale coaching company. However, our bread and butter is are Wholesaling Business that generates 7 figures a year.

Ray Gonzoles

Ramon Gonzalez has been in the Real Estate field since 2004. Prior to that, he was recruited to GE for their Financial Management Program. After 3 years, he realized that the corporate world wasn’t for him. He was searching for Freedom, Financial Abundance and a higher Purpose. Christy Risco was a 4th grade teacher for 5 years, before realizing that although she has a passion for teaching, growing and giving - the Public-School System was not the place for her to shine bright. After dating for 3 years, in 2011 – Ramon and Christy attended a Tony Robbins seminar called Date with Destiny. During the 6 intense days, they realized that they were ready for a big, bold step in their lives! They moved in together while simultaneously starting a new Real Estate joint venture– Flipping REO properties in the Miami market. Within 2 years of working and living together, they were both at their rope’s end. The relationship was practically nonexistent and their finances did not reflect the amount of hours and energy they were putting into their company. After working with several life coaches and continuing on in their self-discovery journey, they began to make several adjustments to their current life situation- including getting an office and taking several personality tests to hone in on what they were really good at and what they needed help with. Once they drew that line between personal and business space, things started to shift. Next, they hired a Business Consultant, who advised them to start looking for staff, even though it was scary for both of them to “give up” control in the business. This led to growth and a new direction for the company. Within 2 years, with a Property Manager and an Acquisitions Rep on payroll, they were able to grow their business to 7 figures and acquire over 100 units of rental properties. In 2016, the couple had a daughter, Valentina, and again this started to shift the direction of their lives and business. They decided to sell off most of their portfolio and eventually close the office to enjoy more freedom and time with their toddler. They are currently in the Private Lending space and take pride in having amazing relationships with all of their borrowers, who they consider family. They each are part of Mastermind Groups and run their own Mastermind Experiences in Miami. They believe in growing, networking, inspiring & giving. Within this transition, many of their colleagues and friends started getting intrigued by their success both at home and in business. After much brainstorming, they realized that all of their success has come from working together to make things happen, no matter how difficult things seemed to get. Ben Muresan, aka (The Humble Wholesaler) started investing in Real Estate at age of 21. He is currently the largest single family home investor in Windsor, ON Canada. His retail brand, Forte Real Estate, makes homeownership possible for hard-working families using a hybrid flip/JV/ Mortgage strategy. 72 families are now homeowners, as a result of this initiative. With 12 years of experience navigating market cycles, Ben is a power-house, with fire in the belly. He is known as closer and a grinder. Obsessed with Value Innovation, Ben constantly pushes his team to find strategic advantage's. As an immigrant and the oldest of 9 children, Ben's Christian upbringing gave him a ?humble? attitude towards business and life. He is always looking for win-win deals and has a strong desire to help people. He is a firm believer in operating with high integrity, having a servant attitude, and making the most of every experience. Ben is one of the best wholesalers in the whole country of Canada.

Brad Pickett

Growing up on a potato farm in rural Southern Idaho, Brad Pickett is no stranger to hard work and moral integrity. After completing high school, he went on to receive a Bachelors in Business from the University of Idaho. Next Brad moved to San Diego to enjoy the surf and golfing while developing his career in real estate. He started out as a loan officer for a local mom and pop mortgage company, then he was presented with an opportunity to work as a Title Representative for Stewart Title. These two jobs gave Brad an in depth understanding of the lending world and how title and closings worked. He went on to receive a Brokers License in California and opened his own Mortgage company in San Diego, Real Capital INC. The next few years were a lucrative time for Real Capital INC but that came to an end when the lending meltdown of 2007 occurred. Brad then went back to his roots and opened up a residential real estate firm in Boise Idaho. He employed as many as 25 people while also running a lead generation company in the same office. During this time period Brad realized that his true passion was to be the investor that was the driver in most of his transactions. At the time of the market crash in 2009 Brad made the move from real estate broker to real estate investor. Since then he has been involved in 100’s of fix and flips projects and holds over 30 properties of his own in multiple states. He moved to Scottsdale where he currently resides and founded REI Market Pro and Phoenix National Buyers. These companies do over 6 figures in gross revenue per month and have plans to be in over 25 markets nationwide in the next year! With a tract record of success in wholesaling and real estate investing Brad loves to share ideas and help other grow in this industry! One of the biggest wholesalers in the Phoneix area.

Jerry Green

Jerry is a native of Ohio where lives with his wife Joyce, and their 5 children. Jerry started investing over 24 years ago and has flipped and rented over 900 properties. He currently acts as the CEO of multiple companies that wholesale as well as buy and hold single family rentals. He also conducts real estate trainings on how to build and scale your real estate business all by working with his team on a 30 minute Zoom meeting each morning. None of this has come easy as Jerry will share his story of tragedy and starting over more than once!

Miguel Catellier

Miguel Catellier is an entrepreneur's entrepreneur. He dropped out of university at 19 and pursued a self-directed, on demand, real world education. Miguel became a millionaire at the age of 26 and has built two multi-million dollar companies in his twenties producing 8 figures per year. He is passionate about empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs with the tools required to break out of the culture of mediocrity and victimhood prevalent today.

Jamie Wooley

Dallas, Texas investor, Jamie Wooley is currently on her way to another year of over 100 deals in today's very competitive market. Jamie is the founder of W Streets LLC. As a former office manager who knew nothing about wholesaling when she started in February of 2016 has proven that anyone can do this business with hard work and a never give up attitude. She has worked hard from the ground up with a $5k loan and turned it into a booming business. In spite of making many mistakes along the way, Jamie is a real "I can do it" type personality who says, "I run, I don't walk!" When starting out, she did every part of the business herself, feeling that if she hadn?t experienced it she would not have the ability to train others. The heart of her business is to be a caring solution for distressed homeowners. She has built a team of 11 people who share the same core values and want to make a difference in our industry. She is currently wholesaling, whole-tailing, flipping and holding sfr properties. She has created the Iron Heels Mastermind for women to crush this space together and network on a high level. Jamie's next venture is to obtain true financial freedom through residual income in a very niche investment and is currently focusing a lot of her time on the $60k monthly goal, which she wants to achieve by Jan 2021. Vick Tipnes

I was born in London, England and immigrated to Florida as a young boy with my Family.

I always knew that I wanted to be an Entrepreneur from a very young age. I remember asking my Father, whom was also an Entrepreneur, if I found a business would he invest in it, I was 12.

My older brother would give me his RayBan Aviator sunglasses when he was tired of them, and I would call the Tallahassee Tribune and place an ad to sell them. One day this grown man showed up at my door, my Dad answered and said he was here to see Vick. My dad would look at me funny, but I made 60 bucks that day!

Even though my parents pushed education, and my older brothers went to college, I always knew it was not my path. I was and still have a rebel streak in me. I did give it a try and kept an open mind, but after 6 months of college I decided to drop out and pursue my goals.

I wasn’t born with great salesmanship skills, so I knew I needed to learn it and learn it quickly, so I threw myself to the wolves and decided to go and sell cars. That was an amazing experience for me, you had to sink or swim. After learning the business I did really well and was salesman of the month and had my picture in the Tallahassee Tribune. That really helped build my confidence.

I then struggled through various businesses that I started and sold, but didn’t really reach my full potential, when compared to the image I had in my mind. So I struggled with things for a while. 

It wasn’t until I was 35 years old that I really woke up and realized that I needed to truly invest in myself if I was going to become anything in life. Once that ball dropped for me, everything changed. I took massive action to learn and educate myself as much as I could. 

I became obsessed with bettering myself, and invested every dollar I had in me. At the time I had little or no money, I didn’t even have a sofa, but I had belief in myself. Some people may think that’s crazy, but I knew if I made myself more able and had more knowledge, everyone around me would benefit.

Then in 2015, after I turned 39, I became a man on a mission.

I started Blackstone in 2012; my purpose was to help as many people as I could, through better cost, access and quality. I started this business from a 400 sq.ft office, with no revenue, one employee and a loan from an investor. 

As an Entrepreneur, you just accept the fact that some weeks you may not get paid because you have to take care of your employees first, so it was always a challenge. But I knew that all the hard work and sacrifice would pay off one day.

Today we are an Inc. 5000 company and have over 100 employees and are a multi-million dollar revenue company. We have grown into a national company that does business in all 50 states. We are contracted with over 17 million lives via various Insurance Providers and we provide a level of service Patients, Physicians and Insurance Providers that is unmatched.

Ryan Dossey

Ryan Dossey is a 24 year old buy & hold investor as well as the founder of Call Porter. He focuses on leveraging systems and people to have his companies run without him. He has bought over 3MM worth of rentals so far in 2018 with $0 out of pocket. His teams are currently buying holds in Indianapolis, Saint Louis, and Louisville. His companies have been featured in Forbes, Biggerpockets, and many others.

Ray Abboud
